This page provides a link to the additional information on local measures from action plans for the UK PM10 time extension notification. The UK authorities notified the European Commission of an exemption from the obligation to apply the air quality limit values for PM10 in certain parts of the UK on 5 May 2009. The Commission subsequently requested additional information from the UK on 15 June 2009 to clarify information provided in the notification. Amongst other things, additional information was requested on local measures taken and to be taken to improve air quality for PM10. This spreadsheet provides information on the timescale of implementation of these measures and links to the relevant air quality plans. Links are provided in this spreadsheet to the supporting air quality documents. These documents are assumed to be contained in the folder C:\References.
